Schwan’s is offering the first 500,000 customers $10 in free food with free shipping. Just go through this link here , add $10 or less in food to your cart, and you will get it shipped FREE to your door! I did this and my total was $0.04.(they made me pay tax)
Those who have ordered from Schwan’s in the past fourteen weeks are not eligible for this promotion.

Now through September 7, 2009, when you buy 2 individual cups of Velveeta Shells and Cheese at Kroger, you’ll get a $1 catalina (see coupon lingo) which is good off your next purchase. Buy 2 at $1 each, use the B1G1 coupon from the 8/9 SmartSource insert and you’ll get both free after the catalina and coupon.
This catalina deal may be at other grocery locations also, Let us now if you find it elsewhere.(Thanks, The Frugal Find)

If you like fresh squeezed orange go here to fill out a short survey and you’ll get a free juicer.
What is couponing and IS it really worth my time? Couponing is not actually a word, but I ‘m going to make it one. Many people don’t like to use coupons because, “..it takes too much time.”, “…it’s only $x.xx off, that aint a savings!”, or other excuses.
Once people understand what couponing is, they would appreciate it more. Especially given today’s state of the economy. It is important to learn how to save a buck or two and couponing is one powerful tool to help people save.
I think couponing is the act or art (I say art because it is a beautiful thing to save 50% or more off all the things you purchase.) of using coupons coupled with deals and store sales to get purchases extremely cheap if not free. Here are some examples:

CVS Trip: Total Spent: $0.00

Publix Trip: Total Spent: $9.60
These are just a few sample purchases using coupons. But I have many more. So I say couponing is definitely worth my time.
My questions to you are:
Do you use coupons?
Do you think couponing is worth it, why or why not?
Hit us up and let us know what you think.

Borders offers coupons every week. Occassionally the the coupons are pretty good. If you like to read and there’s a book you’ve been dying to get, or you may want to get a book to learn how to save, go HERE to print a coupon for 40% off any paper back. Coupon expires August 16.
You can also join the Borders Rewards (it’s free) and get the coupons set directly to your email account.
